Terms of Service

TempoFlow is an AI-powered social media management platform that enables users to create, schedule, and publish content across multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, and Pinterest. The service includes AI content generation, brand management, content scheduling, and analytics features.

To use TempoFlow, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You may register using an email address and password, or through a third-party authentication provider such as Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

TempoFlow organizes work into workspaces. When you create an account, a workspace is automatically created for you. You may invite others to your workspace with different roles (owner, admin, editor, viewer). As a workspace owner, you are responsible for managing access and ensuring that all members comply with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Publish content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or its related systems
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or publish through TempoFlow. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service. AI-generated content created through the platform is owned by you, the user who initiated the generation.

TempoFlow integrates with third-party services including social media platforms (Meta/Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest) and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services. You may revoke TempoFlow's access to your social media accounts at any time through the respective platform's settings or through TempoFlow's account management.

Content generated by AI features is provided "as is" and may require review before publishing. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before it is published to your social media accounts. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or compliance of AI-generated content.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of social media access tokens. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. For details on how we handle your data, please review our Privacy Policy.

We strive to maintain high availability of the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tempoweb Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
